This year, the EPS Security Monitoring Center team won the Police Dispatch Quality runner-up award for the third year in a row. This award is provided by the Security Industry Alarm Coalition and recognizes Monitoring Centers who have taken steps to ensure optimal management of alarm signals, customer education, and integration of the best industry standards and practices.
Our false alarm dispatch rate (the rate in which we dispatch police and emergency departments for false alarms) is one of the lowest nationally. It is a great accomplishment the entire EPS Monitoring Center team take great pride in representing.
