Our technicians are trained to be thorough with each appointment.

Unlike other companies, our technicians have wiggle room to talk with customers and answer questions while they install a system or are out on a service call.

After all, we want to make sure that our customers are getting the most out of their security systems. If technicians have the time to talk, they can share information about products or services and share tips or things that customers should be aware of with their system.

We place a premium on training our technicians.

All of our system installers have gone through our extensive and detailed background check. So you can rest assured, that anyone affiliated with EPS who is coming into your home or business has been properly vetted and professionally trained.

Our technicians attend training sessions coordinated by our training department, and, at times, by our vendor partners. So, they are familiar with the latest products and technologies offered by EPS. Our technicians are trained based on their level of experience and systems knowledge. It allows for our team to best serve our customers based on their needs while always continuing to learn more about emerging technology available to your home or business. We are security experts and we stand by it!

We provide continued customer service.

No matter if you are a residential or a commercial customer, we believe that the key to building lasting relationship is to provide continued customer service after a system is installed. That service can take a variety of forms, including:
